Jonathan Edwards joins us today — well, his words do — to help us see why Jesus had to take on human flesh.
As we wrap up our Incarnation focus for week one, we’re looking at the purpose behind Christ becoming fully God and fully man, and why redemption demanded that He obey and suffer as a human in order to fulfill the law.
Edwards gives three powerful reasons why Jesus couldn’t save us as “only God,” couldn’t come as an angel, and why the Incarnation is actually the greatest event in the history of the world.
